Frazer joined Opportunity Bank Serbia in May 2011 as CEO, from Barclays Bank Mozambique where he was Chief Risk Officer. Previously Frazer worked for 29 years with the Barclays Bank Group in the UK, U.A.E and in a number of African countries where he held senior positions in risk and operations functions. Frazer was Head of Operations for the International Bank of Qatar (part of the National Bank of Kuwait Group). Frazer has held positions as an executive director on company Boards and committees. Frazer is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, UK and holds a BSc degree in Financial Services from the University of Manchester.
Frazer is currently Chief of Banking Operations for Opportunity International and represents OI on a number of IM boards, as a non-executive Board member of OISL in Ghana, OMRO in Romania, OBS in Serbia OICCF in Colombia and BOM in Mozambique.
Frazer lives in Hampshire, UK with his wife Lyn. He has two sons aged 22 and 18. He enjoys his garden, walking his dog, reading and attends church near his home in Eastleigh, Hampshire.
