TRIVIA FOR TRANSFORMATION 2021 RAFFLE

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Raffle ticket sales will commence on 17 September and conclude on 12 October 2021 at 8:50pm AEDT.
  2. The price of a raffle ticket is ten dollars ($10).
  3. Total prize value is $1,959.
  4. The name of benefiting not-for-profit organisation is Opportunity International Australia Limited (ABN 83 003 805 043).
  5. This raffle is open to individuals over the age of 18 and who reside in Australia, excluding individuals in Western Australia (WA), the Northern Territory (NT), and Opportunity International (Australia) staff, office bearers or any relatives of staff or office bearers.
  6. Information on how to enter and prizes can be found at https://event.gives/opp2021/items/196035 and form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  7. There will be no more than 950 tickets sold. These will be sold on a “first in” basis based on the time in which the correct sum of money isreceived and confirmed by Opportunity International (Australia).
  8. Entrants are not required to be present to win.
  9. In the draw for the winners, the major prize will be drawn first and the other prizes drawn in descending order of the prize number and value.
  10. The draw will take place on 12/10/2021 at 9:00pm AEST using an online raffle platform called Event.gives. Winners will be notified verbally at the event and by email and SMS. The winners’ names will be published on the Trivia for Transformation eventpage (https://opportunity.org.au/news/events/trivia-for-transformation-2021) on 13/10/2021.
  11. The results of the draw are final. Any disputes will be dealt with in accordance with law.
  12. Prize values are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier/website and are correct at time of printing. All prize values are in Australian dollars.
  13. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
  14. Prizes may be collected from the Opportunity office in NSW at Level 11, 227 Elizabeth Street Sydney NSW 2000 or will be posted or emailed to the winner (as appropriate).
  15. Opportunity International Australia will make all reasonable efforts to locate the winners and deliver the prizes. If any prizes remain unclaimed Opportunity International (Australia) will deal with such prizes in accordance with the law.
  16. By entering the raffle you will allow Opportunity International (Australia)to contact you about news, events and marketing activity in relation to the organisation. You may unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time at info@opportunity.org.au.

LUCKY DOOR DRAW

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Each individual team member must have purchased a ticket to the Trivia for Transformation event and must be registered (with email and phone number) as part of a team by 11:59pm AEST on Friday 8 October to be eligible for the lucky door draw.
  2. This draw is open to individuals over the age of 18 and who reside in Australia, excluding individuals the Northern Territory (NT), South Australia (SA) and Opportunity International (Australia) staff, office bearers or any relatives of staff or office bearers.
  3. Where individual event tickets have been purchased, each ticket holder will receive 1 entry per person into the lucky door draw.
  4. Where a group of 10 event tickets has been purchased, each ticket holder will receive 2 entries per person into the lucky door draw.
  5. The name of benefiting not-for-profit organisation is Opportunity International Australia Limited (ABN 83 003 805 043).
  6. The lucky door draw will be drawn on Tuesday 12 October 2021 at7:35pm AEDT.
  7. The results of the draw are final. Any disputes will be dealt with in accordance with law.

  9. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

  13. Only registered team members from NSW are eligible to win the SeaPod Accommodation Package.
  14. All registered team members excluding those from NSW, NT or SA are eligible to win the Burgundy Wine Tasting Package.

PRIZES

SeaPod Accommodation Package – available for any 3 consecutive nights in the next 12 months (12 October 2021 -12 October 2022), excluding December and January (subject to availability).Valued at $1,700. All other ancillary costs including but not limited to travel to the accommodation, meals, drinks, and any or all other expenses are the responsibility of the winner.

Burgundy Wine Tasting Package – you will receive 3 bottles of premium Burgundy Wine delivered, and experience a one hour tasting for up to 10 people. The event will be conducted via Zoom and is available in the next 6 months, 12 October 2021 –12 April 2022 (subject to availability). Valued at $1,200.
