Kate Wilson loves solving the puzzle of translating compliance requirements into person-centred business solutions.  She is an experienced quality, safety and risk professional who enjoys making a difference in purpose-driven organisations.    

Kate holds an Honours degree in Psychology.  She has worked closely with Boards, CEOs and senior executives bringing her expertise in risk management, accreditation, policy writing, WHS and corporate governance. 

Kate has experience across the private sector, NSW government and not-for-profit organisations.  She likes to bring kindness and honesty to her work while being curious about what makes people tick.
