Arianna Mason brings more than 15 years of experience in people and culture roles, most recently serving as Chief of People, Culture and Strategy at Fresh Hope Communities, a provider of residential care services, affordable accommodation and group conferencing venues. Arianna has also worked in various people and culture, training and fundraising roles at Hillsong International and World Vision Australia.

She holds a Bachelor of Business (Human Resources), a Bachelor of Laws (International Law), and a Graduate Certificate in Leadership Psychology and Management.
