Today, 831 million people live on less than $1.90 per day — that’s roughly 1 in every 10 people on the planet. Opportunity exists to bring about a measure of justice, dignity, and purpose for these families living in poverty. By addressing the root causes and investing in inclusive development — especially through empowering women — we can help transform lives and build a more equitable future.
We do this by supporting local microfinance organisations that provide innovative financial solutions to empower people, create small businesses and build vibrant communities and through creating healthy families and resilient communities. Throughout all our work, we deeply value relationships.
