Christina Wilson is the Chief People & Sustainability Officer for Team Global Express, a leading logistics solutions company, where she leads the People Team and the ESG Team. Prior to that she was at Russell Reynolds, a leading executive recruitment and leadership advisory firm, where she led the Industrial and Natural Resources businesses helping C-suite leaders manage organisational transformation.

 

Christina has more than 20 years of global leadership experience in transformation, strategy, customer experience, sales, marketing and operations. She was previously Global Head of Marketing, Customer Centricity & Insights at Toll Holdings, and held senior leadership roles with Origin Energy and General Electric Australia. Christina holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical) from the University of Melbourne and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She has previously served on the Boards of Energy Water Ombudsman of Victoria and Uniting Care Harrison.
