Opportunity’s second cohort of health leaders in Indonesia has been trained and will provide health education to families in their communities in 2020.

Opportunity’s partners in Education Finance currently have 82,144 active loans in Asia. These loans include school fee loans and school improvement loans, offered through both long-standing and more recent partners. Our cumulative child impact in Asia is benefitting approximately 1.5 million children.

As part of Operation Red Alert, the Safe Village Program is addressing sex trafficking in India by teaching girls and their families how to identify and avoid human trafficking situations. Operation PeaceMaker supports women and children experiencing domestic violence with access to human rights education, essential legal aid, and counselling services to help create safer communities.
